"Well, I can't give you a definitive answer Mr. President," Dr. Aya Reina states, a cigarette bellowing a stream of smoke upwards from the corner of her pursed, plush lips. Her light brown eyes glance from the monitor which was analyzing the most powerful man in Gailden's blood sample to the man in question, George Tenik Junior, President of Galideno Concordate and Tenik Industrial. She looked at him with a cold, expressionless manner. "...but it doesn't look good." She inhaled deeply, taking in the tobacco's cancerous inducing properties into her lungs and then exhaled. "...I'd say you'd have about a year, maybe two and a half if you're lucky... I'd get things in order if I were you." She sighed, closing her eyes. She had been asked to act as the secret Primary for the President for the past six months, all of their sessions were in complete secret. A lucrative and potentially deadly proposition. If she leaked any of this out, she'd not only lose her medical license, she'd probably be on the hit list for the TIRS... as it was, she was being escorted by them all the time; she'd figure it die down though as soon as George...died.

She thought about the President's son, Alex, who was barely 5 years old. He was the next in line, and it seemed like there would be a power struggle within Galideno till the boy came of age. She wouldn't be here by then though, no... no, she'd take the first train out... perhaps head back to Beijio to live with her parents again. Toss off the clothing of the East, and reembrace the clothing of Beijio again... she could live with that... or she'd head over to Bries Harbor in Rolan, look for other work abroad.
She did not want to be here when the world set ablaze.

She reopened her eyes, running her slender fingers through her hair, looking nervous as she brought her lidded gaze back to the President. "Well? Say something...or at least act sad, will ya?" She says with a grunt. She couldn't stand how silent he was, even given the circumstances.

George simply sat there in his seat, with a sad smile upon his face as he looked over to a photo of his wife and child. "...Sorry, Doctor... its a lot to take in." he explained, before turning to her, smile still present. "Thank you for everything, I appreciate all the work you've done for me. Truly. You're free to leave now." he says, before buzzing in one of his body guards to escort the young lady back. "I'm sorry, but I need to be alone for now.... but I will consider what you've told me...Thank you again, Doctor Reina." He says respectfully, as the woman exits the room.

Once alone, the President sighed, and slumped back in his chair. "....half a year at best, huh?" he says, holding the picture frame of his family... his other hand rubbing against the glass that housed them. That didn't give him much time at all...

There was another interruption from his secretary, about the Queen of Castilia Reo arriving to speak with him. He took a moment to debate his options, before sighing. "Let her in..." he replaced the picture back to his desk, and awaited for the new arrival.

Within moments, the door opened and in entered the 5'8 endowed woman from Fenira's Castilia Reo Province, the matriarch, Queen Tetfanny Chestbloom. She was wearing her red uniform and skirt, her crown atop her head as she bowed to the President. "Thank you graciously for having me, Mr. President~" She says, before walking over to take a seat in front of his desk. She was young, with very long hair and incredibly large breasts... but she did not come to flirt with the married ruler of Galideno. "You're a busy man I understand, so I won't take up too much of your time." She explained quickly straitening her skirt while she sat cross legged before him. "I come, seeking aid of the foreign rulers, wishing to indoctrinate a pact between our nations so we may all benefit equally." Fanny explained, cutting to the fat of it.

George Tenik Junior clasped his fingers and leaned back in the leather backed chair. "Forging an alliance with the Galideno Concordat? Hmm... you jump right to it, don't you?" He says, somewhat bemused. "Well, that's an interesting offer... considering my nation's is already in a standing alliance with your rivals, the Council of Magi... we have had a neutral stance on one another's dealings for 80 years or so now, and we have experienced a great deal of commercial trade and a non-aggression pact with them... you see my predicament, Queen Chestbloom?" He explained, frowning. "I understand the plight which you are suffering, but I cannot aid you without rousing disinterest from the Council of Magi. To help your cause would break the Concordat's standing pact with the Council, and then I'd have to worry about the Feniran's and Abdel beating down at my gates... you understand?" He explained, leaning forwards. "What does your nation have, that is worth trading that can possibly lead to a desirable outcome for my nation?" he asked.

Queen Tetfanny bowed her head, frowning. "I... do not have much that I can offer with the Council of Magi still in operation... if my nation comes out on top in this civil disturbance, if it survives I could promise twice what the Council offers to your great nation of technological might, Mr. President." She says, gripping her skirt tightly.

Tenik frowned. "Unfortunately, that is not enough dear heart..." he says with a sad sigh. He looked her over, and could tell she was new to this yet, and desperate. "...here's what I can do. I can promise a non-aggression pact between our two nations, so that if the Council calls upon our aid, we will not provide any assistance in the matter. We will also open our borders for your people should they become dissident. I cannot do anything else on the matter." He explained, pulling out a sheet so he could document the situation.

She glanced up, and shrugged. "...I-I can agree to that, that is very appreciated, Mr. President." She says shyly, before remembering. "Mr. President... there is yet, another problem I came to ask you about. It regards my mother... who has been petrified by a mysterious curse inflicted by the assassin's of the Magi... I was curious if I could ask for your scientific might in the matter? I want to save my mother, Mr. President... its selfish to ask you of this, but I beg of you to aid me at least in this regard!" Tetfanny pleaded, clasping her hands and leaning forwards, begging him for his assistance.

George looked up, almost finished with the document when she asked for his assistance for more personal reasons. He took a moment, observing her... she seemed desperate. "I've heard... my condolences on your mother's... condition. As it is, my science department is already tied up in other matters..." He began before his eyes turned to his family photo again... and the thought of how he was spared in the TBT Outbreak... while Scardia...

He closed his eyes, and smiled. "...but I will make room. I can only offer a small team, however, to investigate the matter." He says reopening his eyes, sliding the document to her he had finished typing up. "My nation is at war, if you recall... I can't afford to divert my attention in other places... but in this case, I shall try my best. No one should have to suffer the perilous fate of a family member hanging in the balance between life and death..." He says, standing up from his chair, walking over to her side and rested a hand on her shoulder. "We will try our best." He says with a smile, signing his name on the document for their non-aggression pact.

She smiled, and glanced up to him. "Oh, thank you so much Mr. President!" Tetfanny happily signing the document and then quickly stood to shake his hand. "I will be in your debt! At the very least, my mother will not be frozen in stone... she'd know what to do if she wasn't in her situation right now... again, thank you! Thank you!" She says, hugging the president for a moment... before quickly pulling away and bowing. "S-sorry. I couldn't help myself." she blushed.

George winced for a moment as the woman's chest crushed his lungs as she hugged him, but as she released her hold, he exhaled... and readjusted his tie. "...yes. Well, its not easy to take the reins of power so suddenly. I know this too well myself... but hang in there, and I wish you luck on your endeavors, your majesty." He says, taking a bow. Standing erect again, he raised a brow. "Are you residing in town, your Highness? You may feel free to take residence with my family if you wish. I shouldn't let royalty stay at a hotel after all." He explained.

She shook her head side to side. "Thank you for the offer, but I must be on my way. I am travelling to speak to the Emperor of Beijio as well on similar matters, my nation needs its allies after all." She explained in confidence with the Galideno President. "On that note," she then curtsied. "Thank you, President Tenik, for your humble service to the nation of Reo Castilia. I shall be taking my leave~" She expressed, before standing erect herself. "I have to get a move on, my carriage is to leave soon... again, thank you for taking the time to speak with me." she says with a smile.

George looked slightly concerned. "By carriage, your majesty? Surely that isn't the most... safest way to travel. That would mean having to brave through the Amaine forest, or the harsh wasteland which divides our respective nations of Galideno and Beijio... surely, I could persuade you in taking a safer way to travel to the Empire?" he proposed.

She shook her head again. "Not necessary," she also waved her hand. "I will not allow it. You have done much for me as it is." She explained, bowing respectfully again. "As Queen, I have to show my nation that even though we are in need of help, we do not need to rely on our allies for everything. I'm sure you can understand that, right? Mr. President?" She says, glancing up with a warm smile.

George sighed, and then smiled warmly. "...Very well then. Safe travels then, your Majesty." He says, bowing back.

"And may you remain in good health, Mr. President." She says bowing her head again, before turning away with a friendly wave of departure, before taking her leave.
